You will guide associates, ensure safety, and maintain a welcoming shopping environment. Ideal candidates have a high school diploma (or equivalent) and prior store management experience in retail, grocery, or drug outlets.

Qualifications

• Store management experience in retail, grocery, or drug store environments preferred.
• Strong communication, interpersonal and written skills required.
• Ability to lift up to 55 lbs and perform physical store duties.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-energy team environment.
• Ability to read, interpret, and explain operational directives.

Responsibilities

• Assist with store functions and day-to-day activities.
• Help customers in a positive, approachable manner and address questions or concerns.
• Organize and transfer merchandise from delivery to stockroom to sales floor; maintain seasonal areas.
• Perform opening and closing procedures as needed.
• Process corporate directives and store communications related to activities.
