Miniso in Wesley Chapel, FL is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to support daily operations and drive store performance. You will coach a team of Shift Leads and Sales Associates, uphold exceptional customer service, and ensure visual and operational standards align with company policies.

You will also lead initiatives to grow sales, manage inventory, process shipments, and recruit or train staff, while maintaining a safe, engaging shopping environment for customers and teammates.

Formación

• 1+ years of experience in retail management.
• Strong leadership and team coaching abilities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to travel between locations.
• Ability to relocate or manage additional stores.
