• Relocation or multi-store management possible.

Responsibilities

• Ensure outstanding customer service and merchandising standards.
• Promote and drive engagement with the store’s membership program.
• Oversee labor, inventory, and store operations for profitability.
• Recruit, train, and develop staff; provide performance feedback.
• Uphold store safety, procedures, and cash-handling tasks.
• Collaborate with HR on employee relations and store metrics.
