Job summary

Lids Sports Group is seeking an Assistant Store Manager in Merrimack, NH. You will help lead daily store operations, drive sales, and ensure outstanding customer service while managing staff and scheduling.

Responsibilities

Act as Manager on duty for scheduling issues and customer complaints when Store Manager is not present.
Manage store associates through LIDS training programs and goal setting with regular follow-up.
Administer disciplinary steps as needed in the absence of the Store Manager.
Lead the selling strategy to achieve KPIs, sales targets, and exceptional customer service.
Maintain store operations, cash handling, inventory counts, and store cleanliness.
