Responsibilities

• Assist Store Manager in daily store operations and asset control.
• Develop action plans with Store Manager for selling, restocking, merchandising, ordering, and scheduling.
• Take responsibility for the store in the manager's absence.
• Support recruiting, training, and evaluation of staff.
• Provide guidance to customers and employees across departments.
• Monitor inventory, sales trends, and expenses to optimize profitability.
• Direct staff to ensure department responsibilities and standards are met.
• Inform Store Manager about inventory movement and customer trends.
• Maintain high quality customer service as outlined in manuals.
• Promote and sell store services and merchandise.
• Uphold all store policies and procedures.
• Protect company assets and report potential fraud risk.
