Job summary

Skechers USA Retail, LLC is seeking an Assistant Store Manager in Houston to lead a team, drive sales, and ensure top-notch customer service. You will manage inventory, merchandising, and daily store operations to support profitability and the Skechers experience.

You’ll mentor staff, coordinate scheduling, and implement performance strategies while upholding a respectful, inclusive, and safe work environment. Flexibility for weekends/evenings is required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Retail, restaurant, or hospitality leadership experience preferred.
• Sales skills to drive revenue growth and meet targets.
• Experience in sales management delivering results and meeting targets.

Responsibilities

• Lead and motivate the team to achieve sales goals and deliver strong customer service.
• Oversee visual merchandising to meet Skechers' brand standards.
• Manage inventory, restocking, and floor presentation for a seamless shopping experience.
• Supervise store operations, including scheduling, opening/closing, and processes.
• Drive revenue growth through performance strategies and sales targets.
• Address operational challenges and resolve customer concerns to maintain satisfaction.
