Qualifications

• Experience in sales management, delivering results and meeting targets.

• Strong organizational skills to manage inventory and operations.
• Retail leadership experience preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Ensure product displays and store layouts meet Skechers visual standards.
• Monitor stock levels, restocking, and organize the sales floor for a seamless shopping experience.
• Oversee store systems: scheduling, opening/closing procedures, and operations.
• Drive revenue growth by implementing performance strategies and exceeding sales goals.
• Address operational challenges and resolve customer concerns to maintain satisfaction.
