Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred but not required.
• Retail, restaurant, or hospitality leadership experience is preferred but not required.
• Sales skills to drive revenue growth and meet targets.
• Excellent communication skills in written, verbal and interpersonal skills.
• Must be at least 18 years of age at time of application.

Responsibilities

• Team Leadership: mentor, coach, and motivate employees to achieve sales goals.
• Visual Merchandising: ensure product displays meet brand standards.
• Inventory Management: monitor stock levels and restock efficiently.
• Operations Management: oversee scheduling, opening/closing, and processes.
• Support peak store operations by lifting up to 50 lbs as needed.
• Sales Management: drive revenue growth and exceed sales targets.
• Problem-Solving: address challenges and resolve customer concerns.
