Job summary

Skechers USA Retail, LLC is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to lead and inspire a team, manage inventory, and ensure premier customer service. You will influence daily store performance, implement visual standards, and drive sales initiatives to improve profitability within a busy retail environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred but not required.
• Retail, restaurant, or hospitality leadership experience is preferred but not required.
• Sales skills to drive revenue growth and meet targets.
• Excellent communication skills in written, verbal and interpersonal skills.
• Must be at least 18 years of age at time of application.

Responsibilities

• Team Leadership: Mentor, coach, and motivate employees to achieve sales goals and deliver excellent customer service.
• Visual Merchandising: Ensure product displays and layouts meet Skechers' standards for style and innovation.
• Inventory Management: Monitor stock levels, restock efficiently, and keep the sales floor organized.
• Operations Management: Oversee scheduling, opening/closing procedures, and store systems.
• Sales Management: Drive revenue growth by implementing performance strategies and exceeding targets.
• Problem-Solving: Address operational challenges and resolve customer concerns to maintain satisfaction.
