Job summary

Skechers U.S.A., Inc. is hiring an Assistant Store Manager to support the Management Team in daily operations and team leadership within our retail store in the United States. You will drive performance, coach employees, and ensure top-notch customer service while managing inventory and visual merchandising.

The role focuses on operations, sales management, and problem-solving to contribute to store profitability. Flexibility to work weekends, evenings, and holidays is required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred but not required.
• Retail, restaurant, or hospitality leadership experience preferred.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Team Leadership: mentor, coach, and motivate employees to meet sales goals and deliver great customer service.
• Visual Merchandising: ensure displays and layouts meet high Skechers standards.
• Inventory Management: monitor stock, restock, and organize floor for seamless shopping.
• Operations Management: manage scheduling, opening/closing, and store procedures.
• Sales Management: drive revenue growth and exceed targets.
• Problem-Solving: address challenges and resolve customer concerns.
