Job summary

Skechers USA Retail, LLC is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to support the Management Team in operations and people leadership. You’ll drive daily performance, inspire a team, and ensure seamless customer service while managing inventory and visual merchandising.

You will oversee store systems, scheduling, opening/closing, and restocking, with occasional lifting up to 50 lbs. Strong communication, weekend/holiday flexibility, and a track record in sales leadership are required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Experience in sales leadership or store management.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to lead, coach, and motivate a team.
• Flexibility to work weekends, evenings, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Mentor, coach, and motivate employees to achieve sales goals and deliver outstanding customer service.

• Monitor stock levels, restocking processes, and keep the sales floor organized.
• Oversee scheduling, opening/closing procedures, and general store operations.
• Assist with lifting and moving boxes up to 50 lbs when needed.
