You will analyze store metrics, protect assets, and ensure adherence to FirstCash standards while delivering excellent service. This role offers an hourly wage plus commission and performance bonuses.

Qualifications

• Minimum six months of management or 3rd key experience.
• Able to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods.
• Willing to work a flexible retail schedule including weekends.
• Ability to work with firearms and become firearms certified.

Responsibilities

• Foster a customer-centric environment and address issues promptly.
• Coach Pawnbrokers to meet FirstCash standards.
• Recruit top talent through approved channels.
• Open/close the store and manage cash drawers.
• Protect assets through inventory and loan controls.
• Handle store operations, merchandising, and reporting.
• Analyze financial statements and drive profitability.
• Ensure adherence to FirstCash operating standards.
• Monitor loan qualification and buying processes.
• Communicate store goals and maintain product knowledge.
