FirstCash Holdings, Inc. in Houston is seeking an Assistant Store Manager with 6+ months of management/3rd key experience to lead daily store operations and develop a positive, productive team.

You will support the Store Manager, drive customer satisfaction, manage cash handling, and promote our asset-protection program in a fast-paced environment. In addition to an hourly wage, you may earn commissions based on productivity and a performance bonus for the store.

Qualifications

• Minimum six months of management or 3rd key experience.
• High school diploma or GED or equivalent.
• Willingness to work flexible retail schedule including weekends/holidays.

Responsibilities

• Foster a customer-centric environment and address issues promptly.
• Assist in training Pawnbrokers to meet FirstCash standards.
• Recruit top talent through company channels.
• Open/close store, cash handling, and asset protection.
• Oversee inventory, loans, merchandising, and store reporting.
• Drive profitability by communicating goals and results.
• Ensure operating standards meet FirstCash requirements.
• Monitor loan qualification and buying processes.
• Complete assigned tasks and training for self-development.
