Qualifications
- 18+ years old with HS diploma or GED.
- Previous leadership or supervisory experience preferred.
- Strong leadership, coaching, and customer service skills.
- Able to stand, lift up to 50 lbs, and work flexible retail hours.
Responsibilities
- Support daily store operations and act as Manager on Duty when needed.
- Deliver exceptional customer service and resolve concerns.
- Coach, train, and develop team members to meet company standards.
- Assist with recruiting, hiring, and retaining top talent.
- Help drive store sales, profitability, and performance goals.
- Maintain inventory accuracy and support asset protection.
- Open/close the store, including cash handling procedures.
- Monitor transactions to ensure compliance and accuracy.
- Maintain attractive merchandising and store presentation.
- Analyze performance metrics and support business objectives.
