Job summary

SMCP in Las Vegas (Forum Shops) is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to lead and coach the team, delivering an elevated client experience and upholding brand standards on the shop floor. You will support the Store Manager, drive personal sales, train staff, manage visual merchandising, and foster client relationships with flexibility for evenings, weekends, and holidays.

• 2+ years of supervisory experience in a client-focused retail environment.
