Exclusive Wireless, Inc. seeks a Retail Assistant Store Manager in Morgantown, WV to lead a dynamic sales floor for the T-Mobile brand. Starting pay is $13.00-$19.00 per hour, with opportunities to grow and develop.

You will collaborate with the Store Manager to deliver exceptional customer service, coach staff, analyze performance, and ensure a high-energy environment that meets sales goals in a bustling wireless market.

Qualifications

• Management experience or equivalent.
• At least 1 years experience in a retail or customer service setting.
• Analyze and address areas of improvement for the sales team in order to achieve and exceed sales goals.
• Able to communicate with and take instructions from leadership staff
• Basic computer skills (word processing, email, google sheets or excel)
• Must be available to work evenings, weekends and holidays
• Must be able to stand for long periods of time
• Must be able to lift and or move 20lbs

Responsibilities

• As a T-Mobile Retail Assistant Store Manager, you will work together with the Store Manager to create a sales environment that provides exceptional customer service and a successful business.
• You will inspire and motivate your team by teaching and coaching them out on the sales floor.
• You will encourage success and learning opportunities within your team and analyze their performance.
