Dollar Tree is seeking an Assistant Store Manager in Franklin, Indiana to support store operations, service customers, and develop the team. The role involves merchandising, daily tasks, and coordinating with leadership to maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming store environment.

Formación

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Store management experience in retail preferred.
• Must be able to lift up to 55 lbs and perform physical tasks.
• Strong customer service and communication skills required.
