Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Store/retail management experience preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 55 lbs and perform physical tasks.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist with store operations and day-to-day activities.
• Support customers with questions and concerns in a friendly manner.
• Help organize merchandise from delivery to stockroom to sales floor.
• Perform opening and closing procedures as needed.
• Follow corporate directives and store policies.
• Maintain attractive, well-stocked fixtures and displays.
• Assist with ordering, damaged merchandise handling, payroll and scheduling tasks.
• Ensure store areas are clean, safe and secure.
• Train and develop Store Associates; support Store Manager.
