Qualifications

• Must lift up to 55 lbs and perform physical tasks as needed.

• Customer service excellence and problem-solving abilities are required.

Responsibilities

• Assist with day-to-day store activities and operations.
• Help customers in a positive, approachable manner and address questions.
• Organize merchandise from delivery to stockroom and sales floor.
• Perform opening and closing procedures as needed.
• Support payroll, scheduling, cash handling, and loss prevention.
• Develop Store Associates and maintain a safe, respectful environment.
