Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Store management experience in retail/grocery/drug store preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 55 lbs and perform physical duties.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist with store functions and day-to-day activities.
• Help customers in a positive, approachable manner and address questions.
• Organize merchandise from delivery to stockroom to floor and maintain seasonal areas.
• Perform opening and closing procedures as needed.
• Process directives, including payroll, scheduling, and cash handling.
• Maintain clean, well-stocked sales floor and stockroom to company standards.
• Assist in ordering merchandise and loss prevention activities.
• Supervise and develop Store Associates and ensure safety compliance.
