Dollar Tree Stores is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to support store operations, customer service, and team development at our Bradford, PA location. You will assist with daily activities, help customers, and ensure merchandise is well-organized and properly displayed.

The role involves assisting in payroll, scheduling, inventory, and loss prevention, while helping to train and develop Store Associates in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum high school diploma or equivalent.
• Store management experience in retail, grocery, or drug store preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 55 lbs and perform physical tasks.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills are required.
• Able to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

Responsibilities

• Assist with store operations and day-to-day activities.
• Provide excellent customer service and address questions or concerns.
• Move merchandise from delivery to stockroom and sales floor; maintain seasonal areas.
• Open and close the store as needed; follow procedures.
• Assist in payroll, scheduling, cash handling, and loss prevention tasks.
• Support Store Manager in training and development of Store Associates.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized store environment.
