This part-time role requires strong communication, the ability to lift up to 55 lbs, and a commitment to a safe, friendly shopping environment. You will work alongside store leadership to supervise associates and uphold store standards.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required or preferred.
• Store management experience in retail, grocery, or drug store is preferred.
• Must be able to lift up to 55 lbs and perform physical tasks.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and written skills.
• Ability to work in a high-energy, team environment.
• Exceptional customer service and organization skills.
• Strong problem solving and decision-making abilities.

Responsibilities

• Assist with store functions and day-to-day store activities.
• Help customers in a positive, approachable manner and address questions.
• Organize and transfer merchandise from delivery to stockroom to sales floor.
• Perform opening and closing procedures as needed.
• Process corporate directives and store communications.
• Maintain promotional fixtures and displays.
• Assist in ordering merchandise, handle damaged goods, and payroll records.
• Maintain clean, stocked store areas and secure assets.
• Enforce store policies and safety guidelines with associates.
• Help Store Manager supervise and develop Store Associates.
• Maintain a positive, safe, and respectful environment for customers and staff.
