DTLR, Inc. is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to support the Store Manager in leading daily store operations and driving sales. You will manage staff, merchandising, inventory, and customer service to achieve budgeted goals.

You will recruit and train team members, assist with evaluations, and monitor compliance with company policies while ensuring a safe, welcoming shopping environment in the district's stores. This role requires flexibility and travel as needed.

Qualifications

• Minimum of one year in retail management.
• Excellent command of the English language and strong interpersonal skills.
• Ability to think strategically, plan, organize and lead with professionalism.
