Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; higher degree preferred.
• 1+ years of experience in retail management with leadership responsibilities.
• Strong leadership, organizational, and customer management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Willing to relocate or manage multiple stores as needed.
• Willing to travel between locations.

Responsibilities

• Lead a dynamic team of Shift Leads and Sales Associates.
• Promote Miniso's mission and core values in daily work.
• Support Store Manager to ensure smooth store operations and customer service.
• Drive customer engagement with the membership program and loyalty.
• Mentor trainee associates and help achieve sales targets.
• Assist in inventory management, shipments, damages, and returns.
• Assist in recruitment, staffing, and retention.
• Support administrative tasks: scheduling, inventory, and policy compliance.
• Provide feedback to maintain visual merchandising standards.
• Work with Loss Prevention to address shrink and policy adherence.
• Help the team achieve sales targets through training and motivation.
• Manage cash handling and maintain a safe environment.
