Job summary

DTLR, Inc. is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to support the Store Manager in the daily operations of a retail store, drive sales, manage expenses and inventory, and lead a team dedicated to delivering outstanding customer service.

The role requires at least one year of retail management experience, strong communication in English, and the ability to travel between stores within the district. A flexible schedule including days, nights, weekends and holidays is expected, with a standard work

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of retail management experience.
• Ability to lead, coach and develop store staff.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily store operations and staff performance.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and standards.
• Model leadership to meet store goals and training standards.
• Assist with recruitment, selection and training of personnel.

• Help manage expenses and shrink to budget.
• Monitor loss, shrink, and store safety controls.
• Provide feedback on merchandising and customer service.
• Assist with inventory counts and merchandising execution.
• Drive customer service excellence and a friendly store environment.
• Flexibility to work various shifts including weekends.
