Job summary

Rothy’s, Inc. is seeking an Assistant Store Manager in Dallas, TX (North Park) to partner with the Store Manager on driving a culture of service, sales, and operational excellence. You will lead on the sales floor, inspire the team, and act as Manager on Duty when needed, ensuring an exceptional customer experience.

You will coach and develop staff, oversee daily operations, and support events and merchandising to elevate brand presence and performance in a busy retail environment.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of retail experience, with at least 1 year in a leadership role.
• Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets through personal performance and team leadership.
• Strong skills in coaching and developing talent on the sales floor.
• Familiarity with operational processes, including merchandising and shipment.
• Ability to stand/walk an entire shift and lift up to 25 lbs.
• Ability to work a minimum of 40 hours/week, including peak days and evenings.

Responsibilities

• Lead with Store Manager to recruit, hire, and train a strong store team.
• Train the team on SOPs, service expectations, selling skills, and product knowledge.
• Own assigned areas of responsibility within the Division of Responsibility program.
• Provide coaching and daily feedback to drive performance and engagement.
• Support daily store operations and visual merchandising to ensure a seamless customer and employee experience.
• Model exceptional customer service and clienteling to build loyalty and drive sales.
