Responsabilidades

• Provide superior customer service leadership and operate the cash register.
• Open and close the store at least two days per week.
• Assist with scheduling, training, safety meetings, and policy compliance.
• Follow processes to manage merchandise: receiving, stocking, restocking, and displays.
• Maintain inventory accuracy: damages, markdowns, scans, paperwork, and controls.
• Assist with planograms and ensure merchandising aligns with standards.
• Ensure financial integrity via cashier accountability, deposits, and cash controls.
• Assist in store management in the Store Manager's absence.
