Job summary

You will lead cash handling, scheduling, training, planograms, and inventory integrity, with frequent interaction across the store team; previous retail supervisory experience preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent strongly preferred.
• One year of experience in a retail environment and six months supervisory experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide superior customer service leadership; operate cash register and scanner to itemize purchases.
• Open and close the store a minimum of two days per week.
• Assist Store Manager with scheduling employees, providing training, safety meetings, and policy compliance.
• Follow processes to manage merchandise including receiving, stocking, displaying, and planograms.
• Maintain inventory accuracy by controlling damages, markdowns, scanning, and paperwork.
• Assist in implementation and maintenance of planograms; ensure merchandise is presented per direction.
• Assist in ensuring financial integrity of the store through cash handling and deposits; sign for refunds/overrides.
• Assist with store operations in the Store Manager's absence.
