SalonCentric, a L'Oreal USA subsidiary, is hiring an Assistant Store Manager for our Camden, NJ location. This full-time role focuses on building a high-performing team and delivering exceptional customer service in a fast-paced beauty retail setting.

You will work with the store manager to drive sales, train staff, and foster a positive, inclusive environment. Weekend availability, a HS diploma, and strong communication are essential; cosmetology license is a plus.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of retail leadership experience.
• Self-directed with strong organizational and time management skills.
• Outstanding customer service and written/verbal communication skills.
• Ability to operate a point-of-sale system; SAP experience preferred.
• Weekend availability required.
• 18+ years old with HS diploma or GED.
• Must lift up to 20 lbs and stand/walk during shift.
• Cosmetology license is a plus but not required.
• US work authorization; no sponsorship provided.
