Job summary

SalonCentric in the United States is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to lead a customer-centric team in our beauty retail environment. You will collaborate with the store manager to drive sales, coach staff, and ensure outstanding service across all guest interactions.

Ideal candidates bring 1–2 years of retail leadership, strong organizational skills, and the ability to operate a POS system. This role offers full-time hours, competitive benefits, and opportunities for growth within L'Oreal

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of retail leadership experience.
• Self-directed with excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Outstanding customer service, written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to operate a computerized point of sale system (SAP experience preferred).
• Must be able to work weekends as availability guidelines require.
• 18 years of age and HS diploma or equivalent GED, preferred.
• Must be able to lift up to 20 lbs.
• Cosmetology license is a plus, but not required.
• Authorization to work in the United States on a full time, permanent basis; no immigration sponsorship.
