Job summary

SalonCentric is seeking a Retail Assistant Store Manager in the Brick Township, NJ area to lead a team and deliver exceptional service. You will assist the store manager with staffing, training, and daily customer interactions, while driving sales and maintaining high standards.

The role emphasizes teamwork, integrity, and a proactive approach to store operations. The position requires 1–2 years of retail leadership, weekend availability, and capability to lift up to 20 lbs.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of retail leadership experience.
• Outstanding customer service, written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to use computerized point of sale system; SAP experience preferred.
• Must be able to work weekends and stand for shifts.
