Job summary

SalonCentric, a subsidiary of L'Oreal USA, is seeking a Retail Assistant Store Manager in Denver, CO. You will support the store manager by developing a high-performing team and delivering exceptional customer service to beauty professionals.

You will help drive sales, manage daily operations, and ensure a welcoming, well-organized store environment. A cosmetology license is a plus; weekend availability is required, and SAP experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of retail leadership experience and strong customer service skills.
• Able to use POS systems; SAP experience is a plus.
• Must be able to work weekends and have legal work authorization.
