Job summary

SalonCentric in Brentwood, NY is seeking a Retail Assistant Store Manager who loves hair and beauty and excels at coaching teams to deliver outstanding customer service.

You will support the store manager, recruit and develop talent, analyze sales trends, and create a welcoming, fast-paced shopping experience. This full-time role offers comprehensive benefits and opportunities for growth within the SalonCentric and L'Oreal USA family.

Qualifications

• 1 to 2 Years of retail leadership experience.
• Self-directed with excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Outstanding customer service, written and verbal communication skills.
• Must be able to work weekends as availability guidelines require.
• 18 years of age and High School Diploma or equivalent GED, preferred.
• Must be able to lift up to 20 lbs.
• Must be able to stand and walk about the store throughout scheduled shift.
• A Cosmetology license is a plus, but not required.
• Authorization to work in the United States on a full-time, permanent, ongoing basis is required. No immigration support/sponsorship offered for this role.
• Salary Range: From: $18.30 To: $20.30
