Formación

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• 1–3 years related experience in retail or service.
• Minimum 2 years management experience or equivalent internal development.
• Experience in Print Center operations.
• Experience with logistics, freight, and visual merchandising.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee all aspects of the print production process in-store.
• Lead and develop the print team to deliver excellent customer service.
• Maintain store visual standards for print products and promotions.
• Open and close the store as a Key Carrier and on-duty leader.
• Ensure accurate orders, timely delivery, and inventory control.
• Collaborate on loss prevention and safety procedures.
