Job summary

Office Depot in Baton Rouge is seeking a full-time Retail Store Supervisor to lead sales and service across Technology, Services, Furniture, and Print offerings. You will build relationships with customers, acting as a trusted advisor and driving sales with our proven selling principles while upholding the Office Depot 5C values.

This role requires a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and some holidays, and may involve External Key Carrier responsibilities.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• 1–3 years retail, sales, customer-facing, and/or supervisory experience preferred.
• Knowledgeable in Technology and Print, including use of relevant equipment and POS systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead sales and service excellence to build trust and sales conversion across Technology, Services, Furniture, and Print offerings.
• Provide guidance, direction, and ongoing training to store associates, including Print Services associates.
• Identify areas for process improvement and help drive profitability through elevated customer experience and operational efficiency.
• Maintain store security and loss prevention compliance and perform opening/closing responsibilities as needed.
