Job summary

You will assist with inventory, merchandising, scheduling, and enforce company policies while contributing to continuous store improvements and strong customer experiences.

Qualifications

• Must be able to read, interpret, and explain operational directives.
• Store management experience in retail, grocery, or drug store preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 55 lbs and perform physical tasks as needed.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal and written skills required.
• Ability to work in a high-energy, team environment.
• Exceptional customer service, organizational and communication skills.
• Strong problem solving and decision-making abilities.

Responsibilities

• Assist with store functions and day-to-day activities.
• Help customers in a positive, approachable manner and address questions.
• Assist in merchandising and stock movement from truck to floor.
• Perform opening and closing procedures as needed.
• Process corporate directives and store communications.
• Maintain promotional fixtures and displays for effectiveness.
• Assist in ordering, returns, and loss prevention tasks.
• Maintain clean, well-stocked sales floor and stockroom.
• Protect assets including store cash and adheres to policies.
• Help supervise and develop Store Associates.
