Job summary

Cash America Pawn is seeking an Assistant Store Manager in Snellville, GA. The role combines daily store operations with leadership to drive sales and customer satisfaction. You will work with the Store Manager to mentor staff, manage loans and inventory, and uphold company standards.

The position includes an hourly wage of $17.00–$20.00 plus commissions and performance bonuses, with benefits and flexible pay options. Candidates with 6+ months of supervisory experience are preferred.

Qualifications

• Minimum 6 months of management/3rd key experience.
• Strong customer relations and leadership.
• Ability to recruit and develop store staff.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate a customer-centric environment and address issues.
• Train Pawnbrokers to FirstCash standards.
• Recruit top talent through prescribed channels.
• Open/close the store, count cash, protect assets.
• Control inventory and protect loans/assets.
• Manage inventory, loans, merchandising, and reporting.
• Drive profitability through financial statement review and goal setting.
• Maintain FirstCash operating standards.
• Oversee loan qualification and buying processes.
• Complete tasks and training for self-development.
• Communicate store mission and objectives to staff.
• Remain current on product knowledge.
• Act as manager on duty in absence of Store Manager.
• Other duties as assigned.
