Cash America Pawn is seeking an energetic Retail Assistant Store Manager in Georgia. Earn $17.00 to $20.00 per hour with commission on transactions and a bonus potential based on store performance.

Qualifications

• Must be 18+ years old.
• Able to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Experience supervising others is required.
• Flexible retail schedule including weekends and holidays.
• Ability to work with firearms and become firearms certified.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day store operations with the Store Manager.
• Recruit and develop store staff.
• Open and close the store, count cash and merchandise, protect assets.
• Monitor loan qualification and buying processes to maintain value and integrity of loans.
• Drive profitability through budgeting, targets and clear communication.
• Ensure adherence to FirstCash standards and store policies.
