Job summary

FirstCash Holdings, Inc. seeks an Assistant Store Manager for Action Pawn in San Antonio to lead daily operations, develop staff, and ensure customer satisfaction. You will partner with the Store Manager to drive profitability, manage loans, inventory, and store standards.

The role offers an hourly wage with commission based on productivity and a bonus tied to store performance. Benefits, Earned Wage Access, and other perks are available.

Qualifications

• Minimum requirements include ability to stand, lift up to 50 pounds, and work a flexible retail schedule.
• Experience supervising others and managing store operations is expected.
• Ability to work with firearms and become firearms certified.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day store operations and promote a positive work environment.
• Recruit, develop and retain top talent; monitor customer relations.
• Open/close the store, count cash, and protect company assets.
• Manage inventory, loans, merchandising and store reporting.
• Drive profitability through goal setting and financial statement analysis.
• Ensure compliance with FirstCash standards and loan processes.
• Act as manager on duty when Store Manager is away.
