Responsibilities include assisting the Store Manager, driving a customer-centric store, training staff, and managing day-to-day operations. This full-time position supports growth and works toward maximizing store performance.

Qualifications

• Must be willing and able to perform duties for extended periods, including standing and lifting up to 50 pounds.
• High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent experience required.
• Assistant Store Managers will work 40+ hours a week, with flexible retail scheduling including weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Store Manager in day-to-day store operations and leadership.
• Promote a customer-centric environment and ensure client satisfaction.
• Open/close the store, manage cash drawers, and uphold asset protection protocols.
• Monitor loan qualifications and buying processes where applicable.
• Develop staff, recruit and retain top talent, and coordinate training.
