Qualifications

• Minimum 6+ months of management/3rd key experience.
• High School Diploma or GED.
• Ability to work flexible retail schedule incl. weekends/holidays.
• Cash handling experience required.
• Able to work with firearms and become firearms certified.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate a customer-centric environment and resolve issues.
• Train Pawnbrokers to meet FirstCash standards.
• Recruit top talent through prescribed channels.
• Open/close the store, count cash, protect assets.
• Manage inventory, loans, merchandising, and store systems.
• Analyze store financial statements to drive profitability.
• Act as manager on duty when Store Manager is absent.
• Maintain product knowledge and store standards.
