FirstCash Holdings, Inc. is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to join our team. This role supports the Store Manager, leads daily operations, develops staff, and helps achieve financial goals.

The position requires a 40+ hour work week, flexibility for weekends/holidays, and strong customer service. Commission opportunity of 2–8% plus an hourly base; Earned Wage Access and comprehensive benefits are available.

Qualifikationen

• Minimum six months of management/3rd key experience.
• Ability to supervise others effectively and lead a team.
• Cash handling experience required with accuracy.
• Willingness to work flexible retail schedule including weekends.
• Ability to work with firearms and become firearms certified.

Aufgaben

• Facilitate a customer-centric environment and address issues promptly.
• Train and develop store staff to meet FirstCash standards.
• Recruit top talent through prescribed channels.
• Open/close store, manage cash drawers, and protect assets.
• Monitor loans, inventory, and store merchandising; drive profitability.
