Job Description

Our Retail Assistant Managers lead by example through fair delegation and hands-on work in every store area. They demonstrate a commitment to friendly customer service and teamwork. They act with integrity, following company guidelines, and hold themselves and staff accountable for meeting goals while treating everyone with respect and fairness. They thrive in a fast-paced environment and are resourceful.

The responsibilities include:

1. Ensuring production and sales goals are met by staff.
2. Creating a positive environment for staff and customers.
3. Managing payroll and timekeeping.
4. Assisting with store closing, cash reconciliation, and securing the store.
5. Handling customer service and cash register operations.
6. Receiving, pricing, and stocking donations, with occasional lifting up to 50 pounds.
7. Inspecting and tagging textiles and clothing in a production setting.

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• At least three years of retail experience, including supervisory roles; experience as a key holder is preferred.

Hours: Stores are open Monday-Saturday from 10 am to 8 pm and Sunday from 1 pm.

Pay: $17.21 per hour
