Job Description

Our Retail Assistant Managers lead by example through fair delegation and hands-on work across all store areas. They prioritize friendly customer service and teamwork, demonstrate integrity by following company guidelines, and hold themselves and staff accountable for meeting goals. They thrive in a varied, fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities include:

1. Ensuring production and sales goals are met.
2. Creating a positive environment for staff and customers.
3. Payroll and timekeeping.
4. Assisting with store operations, including closing procedures, cash reconciliation, and security.
5. Customer service and cash register operations.
6. Receiving, pricing, and stocking donations (may occasionally lift up to 50 pounds).
7. Inspecting and tagging textiles and clothing.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• At least three years of retail experience, including supervisory roles; experience as a key holder preferred.
• Availability to work during store hours: Monday-Saturday 10am-8pm, Sunday 1pm-8pm.

Compensation

$17.21 per hour.
