Job Overview

Retail Assistant Managers are key professionals within Bob’s Discount Furniture, responsible for ensuring store performance aligns with company values and expectations. They lead by example, promote policies, and maintain a professional appearance and demeanor.

Main Responsibilities

1. Oversee store backend operations and manage a team to meet operational goals.
2. Communicate regularly with corporate departments and serve as a liaison for store operations.
3. Maintain a strong presence on the sales floor to drive engagement and sales.
4. Develop and train staff, conduct performance reviews, and ensure staffing needs are met.
5. Manage inventory, enforce safety policies, and ensure the facility is customer-ready.
6. Serve as Manager on Duty (MOD) and handle overall store management when required.

Qualifications
