DXL Group, the largest specialty retailer of men's Big + Tall apparel, is seeking a Retail Assistant Store Manager dedicated to building long-term guest relationships by providing an unmatched shopping experience.

Role Overview

We are looking for a self-driven, results-oriented Retail Assistant Store Manager passionate about customer service and coaching team members. Responsibilities include:

• Welcoming guests, engaging with them to understand their needs, preferences, and lifestyle.
• Assisting the Store Manager in meeting sales goals, monitoring customer service, inventory, expenses, and risk management.
• Serving as a product knowledge expert to sell and market a broad range of apparel, including private labels, brands, and tailored clothing.
• Building a customer-focused sales team through ongoing coaching and training.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; college degree is a plus.
• At least 1 year of experience as an Assistant Store Manager.
• At least 2 years of supervisory experience.
• Experience in a commission-oriented environment is a plus.
• Willingness to travel to neighboring store locations.
• Ability to lift up to 10 lbs. and move up to 50 lbs.
