Primary Responsibilities

• Assist the Store Team Leader with managing payroll, expenses, banking, shrink reduction, and related reports to meet financial and operational goals.
• Demonstrate Ollie’s “Yes I Care, Yes I Can” behaviors in providing exceptional Associate and Customer service; ensure standards are met in interactions.
• Maintain store standards and ensure operational expectations are met.
• Oversee the front-end, entrance, and exterior of the store.
• Assign daily tasks to Associates and monitor productivity.
• Perform opening and closing functions as needed.
• Assist with hiring, recruiting, interviewing, onboarding to meet staffing needs.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• 1-2 years’ retail management experience with mid to large size retailer.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Valid Driver’s license.

Physical Requirements

• Lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
• Push and pull up to 35 pounds.
• Stand for extended periods and work safely.
