Primary Responsibilities

• Assist the Store Team Leader with managing payroll, expenses, store banking, shrink reduction, and related reports to meet financial and operational goals.
• Provide exceptional customer and associate service, demonstrating Ollie’s “Yes I Care, Yes I Can” behaviors.
• Maintain store standards and ensure operational expectations are met.
• Oversee store exterior and front-end maintenance.
• Assign daily tasks to associates and monitor productivity.
• Perform opening and closing duties as needed.
• Assist in hiring, recruiting, interviewing, and onboarding new staff.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• 1-2 years of retail management experience with a mid to large retailer.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Valid Driver’s license required.

Physical Requirements

• Lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
• Push and pull up to 35 pounds.
• Stand for extended periods and work safely.
