GPM Investments, LLC is hiring an Assistant Manager for a high-energy convenience store in Wisconsin. You will support the Store Manager, run the register, and lead a team to deliver outstanding customer service on weekends, holidays, and second or third shifts.

Open availability, reliable transportation, and a willingness to learn are essential. We offer weekly pay, a 401(k), paid time off, health/dental/vision coverage, and a $1,000 sign-on bonus after six months in position.

Qualifications

• Open availability to cover weekends, holidays, and second/third shifts.
• Reliable transportation with valid driver’s license and proof of insurance.
• Physically capable of cleaning and stocking duties.
• Must be 21+ years old.
• Strong English communication and basic math skills.
• Willing to learn and adapt to store operations.
• Food Safety Certification required or obtainable.

Responsibilities

• Support the Store Manager in day-to-day operations.
• Run the register and assist customers efficiently.
• Coach and motivate team to upsell products and promotions.
• Help hire, train, and lead a high-performing team.
• Act as acting manager when the Store Manager is off.
• Handle inventory, ordering, and merchandising to keep the store stocked.
• Maintain a clean store including restrooms and fuel pumps.
• Create and manage team schedules and cash handling.
• Provide leadership and feedback to drive performance.
• Other duties as assigned.
