Job summary

GPM Investments, LLC seeks an Assistant Manager for a fast-paced convenience store in Massachusetts. You will support the Store Manager in daily operations, run the register, coach staff, and lead a team focused on service and sales. You’ll handle inventory, scheduling and deposits while maintaining a clean, inviting store environment.

The role requires open weekend/holiday availability, strong customer service, and leadership ability to drive upsells and performance on every shift.

Qualifications

• Open availability including weekends, holidays, and second/third shifts.
• Able to run the register with speed and accuracy.
• Experience coaching and motivating teams to upsell.
• Assist with hiring, training and leading a customer-service focused team.
• Step in as acting manager when the Store Manager is off.
• Handle inventory, ordering and merchandising to keep stock.
• Maintain a clean, welcoming store including pumps and restrooms.
• Create and manage team schedules for full coverage.
• Perform daily cash handling and deposits.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Minimum age 18+ and basic English communication.
